This is a 1200 s.f. summer camp on a cove on the coast of Maine. It has three bedrooms, each with windows on three sides for summer breezes. The living room also has windows on three sides and is completely surrounded by a deep porch so the windows can remain open during rainy weather. The porch is deep and useful. And I think I just talked myself into another visit next summer.
